My grandfather, #KarlWeingberger, who died from sepsis OTD in 1941. He had been a highly respected lawyer in Würzburg, Germany. My grandmother, Ruth and two young children were deported to #Auschwitz in 1943. My mother had escaped on the #Kindertransport and was the only one of the family to survive. @auschwitzmuseum

Leaders aren't issuing mask mandates due to politics, but they're misguided: In multiple elections in Australia, NZ, and even the US, there has been no strong political blowback to leaders who were strong on COVID measures, with many winning re-election!

The White House has requested more COVID funding 4 times this year, rejected each time. The latest request is for a mere $10 billion. It's foolish to spend $858 Billion on defense, and nothing on public health, when COVID is one of the biggest global security issues of our time.

So in the past 12 weeks, there have been…
-multiple attacks via firearms on power substations in NC and SC (just this week).
-6 attacks via firearms, hand tools, arson, & metal chains at power substations in WA and OR.
-6 attacks via firearms on substations in FL in a single 12-day stretch in September.

This style of attack on power substations has been laid out in detail in multiple accelerationist documents, including an “accelerationist handbook” that circulated on Telegram this summer.

Australian weekly covid stats update:

Reported cases per 1M population grew steadily in every state and territory.

TAS continued to the lead, up t0 1014/M, followed by SA at 791/M.
NSW, VIC & WA remain together at 603-709/M.
QLD grew to 373/M.

The biggest weekly change in reported cases this week was from QLD, up 22%.

Aged care COVID report landed - 200 new sites positive, 3500 residents and 1500 staff are +ve right now. One resident dead every 2.6 hours last week. Continued deterioration of situation!!
