Stop what you're doing, zoom in on these graphs and look at that little green estimate range. From "entirely below 1.5C" to "more likely over 1.5C than below" in 3 months.
For context, here's James Hansens's napkin estimate from Dec 2022, we're going to blow away his 2024 figure a year early.
Not a single goddamn climate scientist projected hitting 1.5C in 2023. Not a single fucking one. And they have the fucking gall to call their projections "conservative". Conservative means assuming the worst case you fucking propagandists.
