My recipe for ice cream.
1. Get some high-quality vanilla ice cream at the store (I know it sounds dumb).
2. Fresh mango, let it ripen, remove skin, cut flesh into chunks. Contribute skin and pit to compost pile.
3. Put mango and ice cream (thawed and near liquid) into blender. Optional rum (a bit of alcohol lowers freezing point). Blend well.
4. Pour contents into ice cream maker, let it do its magic. Maybe add raisins near the end.
5. Spoon into containers, put in freezer.
Good analogy by Brian Hayes "Just as a model of the atmosphere predicts tomorrow’s weather, a language model predicts the next word in a sentence." http://bit-player.org/
