Part of wishes there was a min and max function that did the same things as `min` and `max` but had better names for when I'm using them to enforce a maximum value and a minimum value. For example...
- min gives you the minimum value setting a maximum.
- max gives you the maximum value setting a minimum value.
I always get when I need which mixed up in my head.
@CapitalEx clamp is more used when constraining both the minimum and maximum value but I could see using named parameters or even just clamp_max and clamp_min
@CapitalEx @nytpu upper-bound and lower-bound are the terminology as I recall from a project (and yes, it would have helped if that code had said that instead of using max and min).
