Does anybody know what the state of bluetooth device drivers on #9front #plan9 is? There's a project that I had in mind for a while now, building an infotainment screen on my car, that I know could be better made with another os but nevertheless I want to give old glenda a shot here. I really only want to connect my phone to 9front via bt and play audio from there

@chickfilla it would be interesting if Plan9 did Bluetooth; the Linux Bluetooth stack was ripped out by one Linux distro as I recall, because it was a huge codebase.

@tetrislife I actually did some digging on the bluetooth stack on NetBSD just for fun, and it doesn't look too large. Of course, I know yack about implementing device drivers on plan9, but it shouldn't be impossible to port just enough code to 9front to get a modified version of ubt working on it.
