Here’s one thing that is known: Rigorous trials have proven CBD is a safe and effective drug for seizure disorders, particularly in children.
While there are reasons to believe it may treat a variety of other problems, especially inflammatory pain, the science isn’t in yet. And studies show that over-the-counter CBD is usually not as pure or in the dose it claims on the label.

@TheConversationUS I’m not defending smoking or whatever , at all, but cbd also cures certain types of colon and lower intestine cancers when taken as a suppository and the science on that is published 😉
