There's been some discussions lately with the loss of Twitter as a reliable platform for municipal services and local groups to coordinate and respond to situations in which spontaneous but also structured responses are needed. I recall the #SahanaFoundation had a Linux server distro to support crisis response, and the feature set seems like something that could be easily tooled to support a neighborhood group of folks that want to work together without needing the support of a private company or direct government interactions.
I'm looking for feedback on this line of thinking, and possibly looking at making a fork for such use.
@Crazypedia I’ve used Sahana but only for warehouse and logistics in humanitarian response , never for what you describe - hope this helps ?
