I can buy a home that is close to work/school (to save time and money and avoid polluting) — or a home that is nice to live in (spacious, bright, quiet, on a pretty neighbourhood).

I don't seem to be able to do both without going astray from .

@tripu I'd go with the second option.
Workplace might change in the future.
And a home that nice to live in is, for me, a better advantage than being close to work/school.
