The last team I worked in, mainly of senior developers, ditched sprints in favour of continuously implementing the backlog and used a shared doc instead of status meetings. We met briefly on zoom 2-3 times a week to discuss blockers etc. and very occasionally to do a retro. Nice. #agile #oss
