This is some hyperbole. There is no constitutional crisis. People telling you otherwise are feeding you #ClickBait or attempting to #gaslight you.

The legal history is pretty simple:
- #Texas took actions at the #border
- #Biden sued Abbott claiming the actions were illegal
- the District Court ruled the actions were probably legal and refused to grant a #PreliminaryInjunction
- Biden appealed & 5th Circuit overturned the District Court
- Texas appealed & #SCOTUS declined to hear the case

The idea that the #SupremeCourt ordered Texas to do anything is patently false. In fact, at this point in time no court has ordered Texas to do anything. The case gets "remanded" back to the District Court which will then issue the order. But the process takes a few days.

Playing #politics with these issues generates clicks and stokes the emotional flames but doesn't accurately convey the facts or the law.
