I'm not usually one who obsesses over growing the #fediverse, but I do check in on this account regularly, and it's interesting that the weekly number was down to 18k-19k a few days before #bluesky opened, and the past day or so has been up to 23k.
I wonder if the bluesky thing is having a residual effect here, e.g. "Well, I'm trying this one #twitter alternative. Might as well try a few."
