When it was first born, the enemy of #OpenSource was incontestibly #ClosedSource (#proprietary). That enemy has morphed, though, and now seems to be large-scale appropriation, especially (but not exclusively) in the name of #AI. And I'm really not sure what can be done about this exploitation.
