Sometimes I feel that I am percieved as over qualified or either that I scare the hell out of people as I have now undertaken courses on equality, anti harassment, and bullying sexual harassment so I can recognised and know what to do in those situations.

If one was to try to get in to a toxic work environment with that lot it would not only get picked up on quickly but the boss is held to account.

Have done disciplinary procedures too. I have personally vowed the next person to say men should not be working with kids (or something similar) will be in very serious trouble if they can't explain their reasoning.

Equality goes both ways.

@zleap @thor I don't think the solution to men not being able to speak freely is to put the same restrictions on women

We need a society that treats people with respect and equally.

Perhaps we need more men in school who can set the right example of behaviour some schools in my area are nearly ALL female staff, if the kids have no male figure at home, where are they going to get their male role model from.

Perhaps from the internet and influencers who may not always be as they project them selves to be.
