I legit don't understand why normalfags feel so trapped in their own homes. Maybe it's because they've been conditioned to go outside all the time and just be seen by others.

In your own home, assuming you have the internet, you can:
Learn a language, either human or programming
Have access to a whole bunch of information about literally everything in just about every format from just about every viewpoint
Watch more anime, movies, TV shows, whatever than you could ever actually have time for even if you were a NEET your entire life, for free
Learn about a whole bunch of shit you can use to pass the time even without the internet, if you want to be proactive

If you don't have the internet, you can still:
Read and re-read all those books you have (wait, you DO have lots of books, right?)
Practice and learn how to play a musical instrument
Do both weightlifting and cardio exercises that only require some free space in your home, even if you don't have any equipment
Abuse children, spouses, and other family members for fun
Clean, sort, and redecorate your home
Write that book you always wanted to
Keep a diary so people in the future know what current times were like without a media lens
Make arts and crafts shit using whatever you have lying around. I'm sure there's tons of paper and spare pens and pencils you have, right?

Like, shit, no other people in the history of mankind have ever been so spoiled for things to do and ways to develop themselves without interacting with others or going outside as people in modern societies; yet parks, sidewalks, trails, and gathering spaces are so packed that governments are outright having to block them off and arrest anyone who flouts these measures. It's as if people really do want to dare the government to keep them under shelter-in-place for a full 18 months.

I think people are used to being TOLD what to do, the capacity in some cases to use initiative and go out and find and embrace learning has diminished.
