So all these countries across the pond are suddenly deciding to scrap all the covid restrictions. The restrictions were never popular and never really scientifically justified. Just last week many countries were doubling down on them. Now a sudden reversal. There has to be some unpublicized reason for it. It ain't out of the goodness of their hearts, or sudden empathy for the people. Is it a new strategy? or Does somebody have their balls in a vice? or are they getting scared and going soft?
@Phil In the UK Boris Johnson (Prime Minister) is trying to get out of admitting he attended parties or people in HIS party attended parties during lockdown when social gatherings were illegal.
Said parties were apparently work event, odd given most work events were cancelled as people had to work from home.
