While this is good advice, maintaining eye contact is harder for people with #autism. So they may not be able to. Employers are required to make reasonable ajustments to help people, so would allowing for Autisic people not to make eye conact be reasonable and what would be some good ways for employers (interview panels) to allow for this.
I am not Autistic, just picked up on the eye contact so I could ask.

You are right, and the whole point is that the people who demand the unreasonable, the unethical, and at times the blatantly illegal, are shit people who do a shit job at shit companies with shit policies.
