I believe pro-LGBTQ+ activism right now needs to be centered around shielding LGBTQ+ youth from the war declared on their existence by fascist Republican zealotry.
We should enforce the Streisand Effect. If Chaya Raichik is fearmongering about an LGBTQ+ or "CRT" book, then buy a copy for every kid you know and talk about why these bigots create campaigns of terror and hate. Use it as an excuse to promote the literature AND as an opportunity to confront these harmful bigotries against LGBTQ+ people.
