Has anyone had Linkedin send invitations on their behalf? since today morning I have gotten "so and so accepted your invitation to connect" messages where I have certainly not sent invites. in fact in one case, I remember alleged connection as someone whose connection request I had denied just a week or so ago because it felt shady...
I recognize all logged in devices, I do have 2FA on and I just did change my password for good measure after forcing logout from all devices

@Rajiv

I get sent invites for all sorts of garbage, the sooner we can get a federated LinkedIn service the better.

@zleap problem isn't me receiving invites... problem is people accepting invites from me that I most certainly did not send. They do not appear in my list of sent invites...

@Rajiv

That is odd, have you checked things like account security, make sure no one else has access. ?

@zleap yes. I changed password for good measure. I have had 2fa enabled for a while now and even though I recognize devices where I show as currently signed in from, I still forced logout from all of them as soon as password change was done .

Cool, that will help you rule out issues with your own security.

I just wonder sometimes if these big tech companies can control the data on their own platform properly and comply with GDPR.
