Surely we need to back up any of this regulation with an education and judicial system that teaches people how they are expected to behave and also that actions can have consequences, either under criminal or other laws OR in terms of losing your job or future opportunities.
@zleap it is a difficult problem. Just throwing people off a platform does not stop them.
