I have e-mailed back to say I don't know what this document is, I was born here and to ask if a birth certificate or citizen card will be fine. I don't have a valid passport, why bother 1 expensive 2 can't afford to go overseas on holiday so can't justify the cost.
I sometimes feel that I am no longer welcome in the country I was born in.
I can understand the need to prove stuff but I find the wording is just wrong in so many ways.
