Nice to see that real places recognise that the web is best and “install an app” is not something that actual people really want to do for something they’ll do once.

I agree, it is also common to need to sign up to a website simply to buy 1 product, perhaps as a one off. It does put people off doing so, as it is an extra layer of faff just to buy something, yet another uid / password to create, another set of details that can be stolen during cyber hacks, and a whole host of other things.
I just want to buy a product.
