Well forms in general or documents so people don;t need to usde google docs or similar.
I was thinking as the reply said we should not use google.docs as they are blocked, then suggesting an alternative is a good idea too.
@zleap @jeffcliff We are extremely strapped for funding and don't have the staff to re-invent how our data comes in, so for now it's going to be google forms.
There are alternates to Google and military-contracted Microsoft disservices that dont require "reinvent"ing.

With all due respect if one cannot do something ethically or can only offer lots of services in a way that exposes people to harm, maybe limiting the sheer number of offerings (ie. quantity) and building systems slower that don't spy, marginalise, suppress, unperson, hypnotically suggest and manipulate, could help.

I think we need to help people find alternative solutions, not everyone has the technical skirls, perhaps time to run their own instances of anything, or perhaps the finance, or finance to pay someone.
The solutions are out there, we just need to be open, patient and try and help people. Hence I was asking generally what solutions were out there, but I understand this situation that they can't afford to look at this right now.
