I am still not convinced this is a good idea, any drones supplied by NATO will be for defensive purposes or offensive purposes within Ukraine. By attacking Moscow directly isn't there a danger of escalation?
The war in Ukraine, if NATO supplied arms are used or thought to have been used against Moscow, could that result in Moscow ordering attacks against NATO countries or go through with the threat of using tactical nuclear weapons.
Given Moscow has a tendency to blame Ukraine for everything and the west for other stuff, even if what happens is internal, there is alleyways a danger of miscalculation.
@zleap So... Ukraine should avoid doing things to defend against invasion to help other countries?
Russia is either stopped from taking over Ukraine or the whole world goes to war. If in defending themselves they do something that gives Russia/putin the reason he's looking for this to escalate, it changes nothing because if they don't defend themselves, it happens anyway, but on a timeline that is 100% in Russian/putin's control.
