Perhaps for multi-billionaires & their companies, it should be $350,000 per day, so if the court issues it's request on say 1st Jan, with a reasonable time frame, say 3 weeks, after that the fines kick in per day until they comply.
To provide further incentive, the days in prison count should start at the same time as the fines increments, so a 10 day delay would be a $3.5 million dollar fine plus 10 days in prison.
Ah that is more like it, lets hope other big tech firms learn from this too.

A 10 day delay would have been a 51 million dollar fine.
