I'm on my 10th consecutive day of work and I'm sure this is unhealthy but I have a ticking time bomb called "cost of living" and if Kitsune Tails isn't out by approximately one year from now (give or take a few months, probably take) I'm going to be completely fucked so it's not like I can afford to take a break or anything 🙃

Anyhow have you considered buying my games on itch.io? They're not discounted or anything it's just that buying them at full price would help a lot. Maybe even throw in a tip? eniko.itch.io/

They're good games brent

@eniko With a tough year ahead of you, you can’t afford NOT to take breaks. 😉

On the other hand, a break is healthy and good to recharge the batteries and come back to your work fresh.

@zleap @KimSJ @eniko Yeah, it's a difficult dilemma to balance.
- If you don't take breaks, you will start to grind down; health will suffer, and you'll often reach being slower than if you would have tapped the brakes.
- If you take breaks, you're not working during that time.
- If you spend a significant amount of time worrying about whether or not to take a break, you're overlapping both bad cases.

And it varies person-to-person and situation-to-situation.

@zleap @KimSJ @eniko There's tactics, like how you set your milestones, etc., but I don't know of a catch-all advice. Would be interesting to see if anyone has any opinions.
