@MikeElgan I see Zoom building trust as you trust employees to produce their work outputs. People sitting in an office being watched to work, says to me that breaks down trust.
These were incredibly damaging remarks by the CEO against the exact type of product they sell.
Suggests that way too many are still focussed on inputs, instead of work outputs.

It also shows lack of respect, if a company respected its workforce it would be able to trust people to do the job.
