I always carry a permanent marker pen because you never know when you’ll need to draw a gigantic penis on a badly parked car.

Given some of the parking in Torbay you would need a good few of em, some people seem to think you park OVER a line between two spaces.
They are either too lazy to move out and back in again or just too stupid.
Perhaps both.
But I share your frustration, it hardly takes a huge amount of time to move out and in to a space and straighten up.
