Hmm, I agree this should happen as it would formally give an assessment, however it if concludes he is mentally unstable, then it will just confirm what we know already.

Trump of course will just brand any conclusion a scam anyway and a stitch up to stop him running for the white house.

Perhaps a psych evaluation should be undertaken on anyone running for president or high office to ensure they are actually mentally fit for the job.
