With all the current attention on the Israel / Gaza war, and the humanitarian crisis. It seems very little attention has been given to the fact winter is approaching. According to :

Temperatures drop in November and december, The lower chart shows mix / max temperatures, so at night it can get below 10oC
The rainfall also increases during the winter months (website has avg rain fall chart)
So as we approach November and December the outlook for weather is pretty bleak if you are out doors, with no access to fuel, food, or shelter.
