If anyone else failed to pay a fine, they would probably get a county court judgement issued against them and in the UK we have enforcers to go out and collect or sieze assets to the value of.

In the BBC series following these enforcers, it does not matter if the debtor (person who owes the money) is a sole trader or a multi billion pound corporation, a debt is a debt.

Time to enforce and treat big companies the same as everyone else.
