Given how underfunded all the various services are, either taxes are going to have to go up in order to ensure proper funding, but before that a full audit on how every penny is spent, so there is less wastage and taxpayers get better value for money. Tough decisions need to be made so that taxpayers are not paying for things that are not needed or we have managers in posts just to tick a set of boxes. but not actally producing results.
