At the start of the Ukraine war, Brits were told NOT to get involved due to the risk of being charged with war crimes. So how is this any different. Granted if there are citizens of Isreal living in the UK being called up to fight, they have a legal duty under Isreal law to do so ( I guess ) however when they get back I agree they should be arrested and investigated for war crimes.
