@stux It would be like on the original battle star Galectica where the kids can jump really high. on Earth,.

@RTP How do you add Lithiumn to water, it reacts to form LiOH, unless they are planning to add a Lithium compound, I know we add flourine to water for teeth.

At this rate, tap water won't even be tap water it will be some concoction of chemicals that combined could have long term side effects.

@stux I guess the issue is what happens when we try and reach a far off planet and have to experience gravity again. Especially on a multi generational mission .

Interesting!

Can The Human Body Handle Rotating Artificial Gravity?

Artificial gravity for spaceflight is a concept older than spaceflight itself, but we've only ever seen one small scale test ever flown in space. However decades of research have been performed to show that the human body can adapt to the conditions required for rotating artificial gravity.

#introduction

we are a young couple of scientists who moved to the countryside to live in a more sustainable way and to realize our dreams.

We offer beautiful apartments in an historical tower in #Tuscany. We want to avoid platforms like Booking.com, Airbnb or Google for advertising.

We have also a big vegetable garden at guests' disposal where we experiment #permaculture.

@Gargron is this the right way to introduce an isolated instance?

Amazing: In the center of star-forming region 30 Doradus lies a huge cluster of the largest, hottest, most massive stars known.

Agreed here, the internet is what we do with it, kinda like knives, knives don't kill people unless people use them to kill people.

So bad stuff is not automatically generated by the internet it is created by people, however i am sure more good stuff is created then bad, just the media never focus on that.

most of the stuff we blame on the Internet is just people in general. because people in general are on the Internet now.

@freemo @ashed

Looks good, I will take a look at this on my netbook too. As everything looks fine on my desktop but the screen is bigger.

IIRC media queries are based on pixel screen width. So if that is the same on the desktop and netbook then the layout will be the same, as will the text sizes.

According to neofetch my screen resolution is

Resolution: 1600x900

I propose to use inkscape to draw in real vector. Native SVG format, a lot of tools, excellent manual from Tavmjong Bah tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/

So am I along the right lines interpreting tis as :

So electrons and a positron react (may not be right term) together producing a gamma particle and also results in the emission of a quark and anti quark as well as a gluon.
