Sure, I made a blog post about the latest blender open movie project film, which I thought was a cool short film.
Post about what interests you, and people with similar interest will follow.
Well promoting fedi will attract good / bad people, we can't do much about that, I think posting content that gets people thinking and interacting may work, there are some clever people on here too, maybe we just don't want to post on mainstream and end up with all the abuse.
I seem to write about random stuff, sure I post when my local american football team are training or playing, but I also link to interesting articles, events, elsewhere, I make reference to the fedi too if I find something interesting.
Good point, however if you don't use facebook and do really well just on fedi, it proves that facebook is no longer essential / relevant.
Yeah good point, sounds like a good project though.
@thor Sounds good, why not setup a @write_as @writefreely blog which federates here, we need interesting content.
@newsbot Fantastic piece of writing nd fully agree with you.
@lucifargundam So fedi could fill the gap, not sure if it can be federated outside the great firewall though.
@zleap
It currently does work. The article says that yahoo needed a representative in china. However, fedi doesn't have any- anywhere. Fedi is also not a company.
@lucifargundam so could fedi work in china

I wonder if / how the fediverse would work in China ?

Indeed, yea if we end up off guard someone will take advantage (I guess Afghanistan is an example)
What we need to do, is stop trying to impose western ways of doing stuff on everyone else.
@alienghic @LearnTribe@mastodon.social @Argus@mastodon.technology
if the world could just use their military for that, we could save a lot of money on certain hardware, that can be spent actually funding sustainable tech
@ryzokuken I will talk to my local library,
@zleap sure, feel free!
@ryzokuken Thanks I may ask for some help if needed,
I needan audience first. but we do have a stem group coming up and the library did have a mis information display so this follows on nicely
@LearnTribe@mastodon.social @alienghic @Argus@mastodon.technology
Agreed, on that, we need an army of some sort, as they are large numbers, trained and equipped to support or provide support.
@brian yeah, well National insurance has gone up to help pay for care services. It had to be done in a way
