Hmm surely if the browser is running on a device such as Android or IOS then as a browser (well website code) can detect the OS then it may be possible to detect a OS designed for mobile and do this that way.
I am just guessing so maybe someone else can add to this.

I would think like many they celebrated the End of World War 2. I would guess for Jews the battle was 1/2 won, post war saw the Nuremburg trials and hunting down of Nazi's who were there and too part in the holocaust around the world. A process that is still going on till this day.
