As the GOP is so keen on people who are LGBTQ to be outed in public then they won't mind if the names of people and or companies sponsoring the The International Chess Federation (FIDE) are also collated and shared, The difference is that this info is probably public. If the GOP can do this so can we in some way.
It may make some sponsors think twice about sponsorship and they will hopefully lose a lot of money.

Back in 1985, Carl Sagan told Congress that continuing to burn fossil fuels will increase global temperature, cause climate change, melt glaciers and ice sheets, and cause sea level rise.
His solution: Fewer government subsidies for fossil fuels and use of renewable energy.
What is the root cause of all this? identify that and you can start identify solutions. Howewver from the day you enter your barracks it needs to be made clear that certain things won't be tolerated, if they don't like it, then those people have the option to leave at that point otherwise you accept the rules AND the associated punishments.
Perhaps needs a rank and file clearout of people with the wrong attitude from the top down.
Surely people who are not LGBTQ+ are still indirectly affected by all this, in that they may have friends, family or colleagues who are, So by staying silent on this, and thinking it won't affect you then you are allowing this to happen and condemning your friends, colleagues and even family members to the consequences of these laws.
