I’m late to the party but congratulations to the Indian Space Agency for being the fourth country to land on the moon.

The trip cost $75 million which is cheaper than a bunch of Hollywood movies about going to space including Gravity & Interstellar.

The space race is back.

For future reference: To set up a Raspberry Pi Zero 1.3 to use SSH via USB:

add an empty ssh file into rootfs

edit config.txt to include "dtoverlay=dwc2" at the last line

add "modules-load=dwc2,g_ether" after "rootwait" in cmdline.txt

when connected, assign it a static IP using:

sudo ifconfig devicename [ip] netmask 255.255.255.0

And... that should be it.

After running raspi-config the empty ssh file might be deleted, so you will need to re-create it directly on the SD card.

Tech is NOT neutral nor apolitical…just a bunch of mediocre, unremarkable white tech dude who’re too lazy and ill-equipped to do the REAL WORK despite being lauded, as the most innovative, geniuses “of our generation”

As a society, we're so focused on the short term. But is this wrecking the environment?

Do we need to think more long term?

I've been seeing a big uptick in the far left, anarchist group on mastadon, especially with the message "Democrats are the exact same as Republicans, don't vote for either". It's transparent.

Call these bad actors out. Do not let that message by unchecked.

And their Mars mission cost $74 million bucks. Not a typo!

And look at the scientists in their mission control room. Just look at it!

We can have space without space billionaires.

Putting all our eggs in the Elon basket is a choice, and not a good one.
