Can anyone help at all? My son (12) had his @microsoft account hacked and password changed etc so he's lost Minecraft, Roblox etc. He's been doing amazing with customer support for two weeks now but they keep sending him in loops getting no where. Why does anyone need to be walking around in public with a weapon like this?
