Very nice shot and well composed?
Agreed, services cost money, and need to be paid for, the only thing I would add to what you said above is to CUT WASTE.
Chancellor is going to cut NI, saving me a couple of hundred quid a year.... I can't get a call with a GP in anything under four weeks, but I'll be two hundred quid a year better off. Go Tories!
Tell you what... keep the 200 quid. Fix the NHS. And for pity's sake, be honest with us about the correlation between the tax we pay and the level of public service we enjoy!
The Tory ideology is that tax is a punishment. It's not. It's the price you pay to live in a functioning society!
Should also consider how it looks on the company should someone overhear this language, taken out of context it could impact in a negative way on company reputation.
Hey, Welsh renters of Mastodon. If you rent your home, please take <5mins to complete this quick renter survey. (nearly 1,000 Welsh renters have so far, but not one has cited Mastadon as source this time, compared to 2-3% normally (Mastodon beat Twitter last time!) https://www.tpas.cymru/blog/the-3rd-all-wales-annual-tenant-survey
Why?
I just noticed I missed this pretty massive tidbit of information from @joinpeertube regarding the roadmap for #PeerTube
"…Official PeerTube mobile application (end of 2024)"
This has been a long-requested development from the PeerTube community, and something I hear from our #tilvids community all the time. What an exciting development from an amazing organization! 🙌

Just followed you on here.
This is worrying, shows how other parties are so out of touch that the far right are seen as the only solution.
Cool,

Webb continues to find chemicals in the atmospheres of exoplanets, like carbon dioxide and water vapor. Astronomers report they've discovered methane in the atmosphere of WASP 80 b. Although life can produce methane, there are inorganic ways to generate it, too. Methane has been found in the atmospheres of all the giant planets in the Solar System. WASP 80 b is a "warm jupiter", warmer than our planets but nothing like the hottest planets found.

Another Twitter/X suspension:
@Flipboard
“We have decided to suspend our activity on Twitter/X… we believe it’s vital to align our social presence with platforms that share our values for advancing trusted journalism, expert voices and quality information. This is one of the reasons we’re moving away from Twitter/X and investing our energy in #Mastodon and other open social platforms.”

Well yes, and that seems to be part of the issue, good marketing, and people being told they need it, when something as simple as regular walks in fresh air can make a huge impact on mental health for example. but phama can't make money on that.
"This is NOT a comet, nor a meteor, but the planet Mercury, which is currently very close to the Pleiades at sunset. But the tail? Solar wind and micro-meteorites eject sodium atoms from Mercury's surface it creates a yellow-orange tail 2.5 million kilometers”—Sebastian Voltmer
