Over the past monmth we have seen a succesful coup in both Niger and more recently Gabon. I wonder if those behind this have been watching what is going on in the US closely and thought well if Trump can attempt to overturn an democratically elected government and get away with it, so can we.
So in some sense if this is true, Trump has empowered opposition in various countries to use force to take over a country.
Nice going eh. The failure of the US to act swiftly against trump and followers has potentially put thousands at risk.

@verdantsquare @zleap Teaching in a country where drugs aren't that easy to get on the internet and people don't need to rely on these shady practices, I hold the opinion that those who do order this stuff do so of their own free will and know about the possible consequences.
Schools starting to go back, and some are being told to close because of a problem the government knew about back in 2018. Not only that, measures are only now being put in place as we are only just finding out about this. They could have put these measures in six weeks ago at the start of the summer holiday.
The ONLY way to solve this to call a general strike, country wide, granted we need to ensure essential services stay running, however they only need to make one demand GENERAL ELECTION NOW.
If everyone downed tools and joined in, I think within a week we would get the dissolving of parliament and a general election called.
We really can't carry on like this.
