I wanted to offer prospective Mastodon users an easy way to get a cool username domain - I think musiq.fan is short, to the point, and easy to remember. Your username @musiq.fan will work for you on any other Mastodon server. No need to sign up again anywhere else. Also - you can vote for your favorite indie music in our monthly song contest. More info coming soon!

I'm on Ubuntu MATE, which is a fork of Gnome 2, which came out in the early 2000's. Because IT SODDING WORKS

@TonyStark Sadly none of mine are on board yet. I did catch Tom Cole, Oklahoma, saying impeachment would drive the country apart, when in reality taking a stand together against insurrection would be a first step to bringing us more together.

I'm calling now. #ImpeachTrump

As requested (by a.o. @lxzio and @zleap ) we started with a place to discuss ideas, features and concepts: https://github.com/Flockingbird/roost/issues

The main features for Flockingbird are there now. More are following soon.

Feel free to drop your ideas, thoughts, ideas in either new tickets or as comments on the existing.

If comments don't work, we might move it to a wiki instead; this is new for us too.

Obviously a PM or mention on mastodon also works if you have feedback or ideas.

Have you been tagged in a conversation that you're not interested in, but you don't want to mute or block anyone?

You can mute just that conversation by going to one of the messages in the thread, clicking "..." and selecting "Mute Conversation".

Anyone else think that in times of national crisis, legitimate media sources should drop their freaking paywalls so they don't lose viewers to conspiracy-pushing right-wing sites that don't have such paywalls?

I mean, leave it up for the sports section if you want, but c'mon!
