We need to stop burning fossil fuels as soon as possible.

That's the only way to stop climate change.

Anyone saying different is bullshitting you.

This means that we will need to RESTRUCTURE SOCIETY.

BUSINESS AS USUAL IS NOT AN OPTION.

We need to find ways of living that don't damage the environment further, and which allow us to cope with the effects of climate change.

We need much deeper changes than just 'electric cars' and 'clean fuels'.

Sorry, fedi, Americans are gonna be kinda insufferable for a few days because our former President just got legit charged by the US government with trying to do a coup and we're going to be wrestling with the concept that this is actually happening for a few days.

But tourism is suffering from the crisis it helped create. It's time to re-imagine a tourism that is compatible with planetary boundaries as well as people's wellbeing and ways of life.

have some craft sticks in the same colours as the DNA base molecules as in Blue, Red, Yellow. Green (well these colours seem to be used to represent them anyway). So if I put these together in pairs, how many pairs do I need to represent DNA.

IIRC there are something like 26 chromosomes, in DNA so I would assume I make up 26 pairs and then find a way to attach then all together,

This is just an idea at the moment as such a model is going to need some space so I may need to do this at the Library where there is more space.

Thanks for any help

I know the actual DNA molecule is far more complex than this but these models are just a representation.

Huh. Did not know that hotels in Copenhagen have been using sea water to cool bedrooms instead of traditional electric air conditioning.
