The shood(?)(shrug/hood) in my profile pic is made from these amazing angora goats’ hair (meet Jon Snow and fam!), mixed with Rambouillet wool my cousin-in-law has started producing this year. Plans for today involve coffee and meds, maybe some stitching. I really want to go to the farmers market to see the muffin man. I feel like I've not been out in ages, the air would be good, right now my body is laughing at that idea. Guess I'll see how I feel in a couple of hours.

If you're a cis guy and struggle with the soft tenderness you might have been discouraged from showing or even feeling when you were growing up, being very very sweet to a pet is a good way to reconnect with it I think

The deeper root cause is a belief in inequality: that some people deserve to survive, thrive and be happy more than others.

This explains sexism, racism, homophobia, capitalism, religion, patriotism, nationalism, fascism, genocide.

When my health - physical and mental - go downhill, I isolate myself (more than my usual level), I know its not healthy.

Had a good chat (via text) with a really close friend this morning. A couple of good chats on here too.

There's also nothing preventing people from taking photos at a nude beach for example. Does that make it ok? Of course not. But by tech bro logic it would on the people at the beach to put up walls and check everyone's bags for cameras.
