In the times of severe drought which would not be possible without anthropogenic climate change, dozens of people are arrested for being involved in schemes using water from illegal wells to grow subtropical fruit that supply our supermarkets.
Is this part of a climate change adaptation plan?

@albertcardona @TatianaIlyina In UK it is the same. It is for environment protection. Is that the reason in Spain?
