I have too many ideas and I can't implement any of them because my body is physically lonely and it's paralysing me

Hmm, I try and stay away from metaphysics but.
While I am part of my body, my body is not Me?
Mostly because a lot of my feelings and stuff are generated by incompatible hormones my body is generating
