@iankenway Thanks so much for noticing and replying my post Ian. Just adds that extra bit of confirmation to an evolving theory.
Misery loves company ;-)
Too true!
@iankenway @gemlog
I had a problem with Gmail bouncing emails, it affected multiple domains at the same time. About 10 days later the problems on *all* the domains got sorted, again all at the same time.
I think Google made a cock up, realised and then fixed it.
@fitheach @iankenway
I've had such temp probs from my own servers using postfix. Few days and the problem goes away, but it bounces the stuff.
In this case it's been sending stuff to users spam for months and months. it's a different beastie.
@iankenway Until buddy moved to tutanota, it was only a theory. Like I said, I had jumped through all the modern hoops of dkim etc and wasn't on any blackhole lists.
The second he moved to tutanota (yesterday) Boom! My mails work.
I have another buddy down in nz who is degoogling. I'll try a couple more to be absolutely certain they are punishing me on purpose and that it is *only* google sending me to spam.
And that's me in their address books and marking me not spam and all.
