Using Tusky. Never heard of Husky.
Looks to me like they are only looking at making the client connection to an .onion. Which would be useful for having local comms private. Would require users understanding scoping differences for the fediverse. But would still be attractive. Have wanted an oinion Mastodon for a whille, but don't have the man-power right now.

It would be interesting to have an entire onion-only fediverse perhaps, but that means servers also need to know how to connect to other servers over Tor. Is that in the guide?
