The Geneva based independent human rights group Euro-Med Monitor says it has evidence that Israel has been firing banned white phosphorous in Gaza. Horrible stuff. Prohibited by International Law in populated areas like Gaza.
Ok so who gets prosecuted for this, Israel or perhaps whoever supplied it.

Scanning through they seem to be pretty legit, and if Al Jazeera are quoting citing them, then any info must be trusted by that network too,
