Republicans tacked on their proposal to a massive Pentagon funding bill.

Only two Republicans broke with their party in opposing the measure. One Democrat supported it.

After being sued, the solution which #Elon chose to deal with it was to hide some nazi tweets in the lawsuit from Germans, but not to even remove those small number of tweets from Twitter as a whole. And I’m going to call out my fellow well-off* white folks here—the amount of comfortable latent bigotry we have about others who don’t have the same level of socioeconomic privilege but pretend not to is really disheartening.

*By “well-off,” I mean, own a home, not worried about where the next meal or loan payment is coming from, etc.
