Stanford law students are receiving death threats from fascists. Trucks funded by fascists are driving around Stanford and around the students' parents' homes broadcasting their location.

Whatever you think of students protesting a right-wing judge -- and I was among the first to criticize their methods -- those who are using this incident to hype their own careers or their political agendas are putting the lives of our students and their families in danger. There is no excuse for that.

One day you’re young and the next thing you know you need a “strategy” to get up out of a chair.
